Well folks, we did it! We bought a home!

Our first home - what a huge deal!

We spent a long time looking at houses online and trying very hard to make sure our credit was as good as possible to give us the best mortgage rate... it worked! We toured only 5 homes with our agent and it was house #5 that just clicked. It's a cute, little house in Longmont (about 15 minutes from Boulder), just west of Hover Ave.

As of July 1st, we'll reside at 1532 Belmont Dr., Longmont, CO.
