Marshmallow Morning... in October!

We woke up to a winter wonderland this morning!! Longmont had it's first big snow... on October 10th! We were up early, had a comfort-breakfast and headed out in 19-degree weather for a little hike in the snow. Everyone had a great time (especially Maggie!) and we capped off the adventure with hot cocoa and ginger snaps at home as our red noses thawed. Van actually opted out of the cocoa, he had a couple sips and decided it was too weird... or something, I dunno exactly.

It is supposed to be quite nice tomorrow and the coming week, so we were siked we got to enjoy the snow while we could.
