Best big brother ever!

I'm often being asked "What does Van think of his little brother?" lately. Well, Van just LOVES his little brother, Wesley!

"Wes-wee" is the first thing he asks for in the morning, "Is Wes-wee sleeping?" to which the answer is typically Yes. Sometimes he doesn't ask, he just walks into Wes' room looking for him.

He loves to lay beside his little brother on the floor or sofa, and is always very good about being gentle around the baby (with a watchful parent near by, of course). Van's even tried to crawl in to the pack-n-play to be closer to him! And he's very good at holding Wes, which he wants to do as often as he can, very loving and careful.

My favorite moment was when Van was sitting beside Wesley in his bouncy chair and said (with no prompting from mom or dad!), "Love you, Wes-wee." I just looked up at Josh with big tears in my eyes!

Van is a great big brother.
