He's got the West Nile.

Okay... for those of you who don't know:  Josh has West Nile.
I'm not even kidding.
He's been feeling very ill for almost two weeks now.  It started with what seemed like a cold or an oncoming flu:  fever in the evenings, all over body aches, skin tenderness, no appetite, zero energy.  He just couldn't shake it!  As you probably read below, he even tried to rally and go camping!
This past Monday he went to the doctor who said he suspected it was West Nile and that if he was still sick in two weeks to come back and he'd run the official blood test (which takes 4-5 weeks to get back).  I'm not clear as to why the test wasn't just done to begin with, but it didn't seem to bother Josh too much to not be stuck.
Today he is starting to have moments where he doesn't feel awful, which is an improvement!  These moments are followed by an intense need to lie down, but even having those "better" moments are a step in the right direction.
