Welcome to the Eastern Slope

Kurtis & Lindsay have relocated to Longmont!!  We are so, so super excited to have them so close!

Today we all went on a little hike up Bluebird Trail in Chautauqua Park,at the base of the Flat Irons in Boulder.  It was approaching 80 and sunny with a cool breeze blowin' - perfect weather to say "Welcome!"

Van and Wes had a great time on the hike, too - climbing (fallen) trees and rocks, building cairns, finding ants and flowers and sticks and just gettin' dirty like little boys are supposed to do!  

After our excursion we hit The Med for lunch.  Kurt & Lindsay stayed in Boulder to check out Pearl Street and do some shopping but we headed back to Lomo.  Wesley exclaimed on the way home, "It was a great day to go for a hike with Lindsay and Kurtis!"  I couldn't agree more, kiddo.
